How it works

A documented process from inquiry to coordination.

Every proposed transaction is reviewed before terms are confirmed or a purchase proceeds.

Individual reviewDefined responsibilitiesThird-party logistics

Five steps

Simple enough to understand. Structured enough to review.

Requirements can vary by client, seller, auction, purchase type, amount, destination, and shipping arrangement.

01

Submit the purchase

The business client provides the auction listing, supplier invoice, vehicle details, seller information, and intended destination.

02

Business and transaction review

Onyx Atlantic reviews the client, beneficial ownership, seller, commercial purpose, purchase amount, transaction structure, and supporting documents.

03

Terms and documentation

The purchase amount, service fees, required documents, purchase instructions, and each party's responsibilities are confirmed in writing.

04

Purchase execution

After the documented requirements are satisfied, Onyx Atlantic coordinates the approved purchase and related payment to the identified seller under the confirmed commercial terms.

05

Transportation and shipping

When requested, independent providers handle inland transportation, export services, and international shipping under their own terms.

Before execution

Nothing proceeds on assumptions.

The business client, seller, purchase amount, service fees, supporting documents, purchase instructions, scope of work, and third-party responsibilities are confirmed before Onyx Atlantic coordinates a purchase.

Important:

Submitting an inquiry does not create an obligation for Onyx Atlantic to accept or process a transaction. Transactions may be declined based on scope, documentation, seller eligibility, risk, legal restrictions, or other review findings.

Bring structure to your next U.S. purchase.
